We strictly control product quality, each product is screened and retested before shipment, guaranteed for one year of product quality, under normal use, our products can be used for more than one year.

30 days returns policy:
We currently offer a 30 days returns policy, all returns must be pre-approved by us. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. We reserves the right to impose a restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return.

Our lights are warranty for 90 days (normal seasonal use), please light up them and test the lights within 24 hours after you receive them! We hope to resolve quickly if there are any quality issues with our lights. During the 90 days warranty period, if the product failure occurs, please contact us by email, attaching picture or video of the product, and your order number, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

We allow returns, but must be returned within 30 days, like-new, uninstalled products may be returned. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Return and original shipping charges are not refunded. When we receive the return, the purchase price of order amount will be credited back to your account within 7 days.


Quality Assurance Terms:
1. Before sign the goods, please check whether the packaging and the product has damaged on the transportation, if you find damaged, please do not sign.
2. After the goods are signed, please test the product within 24 hours, and give us feedback on quality issues within three days, we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem, if it is the quality of the product itself, it will be replaced free of charge.
3. For bulk ordering, we will send a spare with the order together.
